      Ukoliko se plovidba otka\u017ee usled lo\u0161ih vremenskih prilika ili nebezbednih uslova na reci (po isklju\u010divoj proceni kapetana\/skipera), kupcu se nudi prvi slobodan zamenski termin. Ukoliko zamenski termin ne odgovara kupcu, upla\u0107eni iznos\/depozit se u celosti vra\u0107a.

      <\/b><\/span>WEATHER CONDITIONS (FOR RIVER CRUISES)
      <\/i>If a cruise is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or unsafe river conditions (at the sole discretion of the captain\/skipper), the customer will be offered the first available alternative date. If the alternative date is not suitable for the customer, the paid amount\/deposit will be fully refunded.<\/i><\/p><\/li>

      O nastanku okolnosti koje se smatraju vi\u0161om silom, kao i o postojanju vanrednih tehni\u010dkih ili bezbednosnih razloga koji onemogu\u0107avaju bezbedno pru\u017eanje usluge, odlu\u010duje isklju\u010divo pru\u017ealac usluge. U takvim slu\u010dajevima, pru\u017ealac usluge je du\u017ean da bez odlaganja obavesti kupca putem kontakt podataka dostavljenih prilikom rezervacije (telefon, e-mail ili aplikacije za komunikaciju). Kupcu \u0107e biti ponu\u0111en prvi slobodan zamenski termin, a ukoliko mu zamenski termin ne odgovara, upla\u0107eni iznos se u celosti refundira.

To zna\u010di da \u0107e banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povra\u0107aj sredstava na ra\u010dun korisnika kartice, te novac ne mo\u017ee biti ispla\u0107en u gotovini niti upla\u0107en na drugi teku\u0107i ra\u010dun.<\/strong><\/p>
