1. CAPACITY & CREW
- Guest Capacity: Our cruises accommodate up to 10 passengers (recommended: 2–6 for maximum comfort).
- Onboard Crew: For your safety and service, every cruise includes a professional Skipper and a Hostess.
2. OPERATING HOURS

3. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
- Deposit: Depending on the booking partner, payment method, cruise type, and other service details, an advance payment ranging from a minimum of 20% up to the full total amount is required upon booking. Any remaining balance can be settled in cash (EUR, USD or RSD) upon boarding (we do not accept cards onboard!), or paid in advance via bank transfer.
- Accepted Currencies: We accept RSD, EUR (€), USD ($).
- Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest for any reason.
- Weather Policy: If canceled due to weather (Skipper’s decision), a new date will be scheduled or the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Guest Delays: The cruise duration is fixed according to the confirmed booking. In the event of guest lateness, the tour will not be extended. The cruise will end at the originally scheduled time to ensure subsequent bookings are not affected. In case of guest delay, no discount or partial refund of the amount paid is possible due to shortened cruise duration.
4. BOARDING & HOUSE RULES
- Footwear: To protect the deck, high heels or crampons are strictly prohibited.
- Child Safety on Board: Children under the age of 12 must be under the constant and continuous supervision of a parent or designated adult companion at all times.
- Pets: For maintenance and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed on board.
- Alternative Disembarkation: Should you choose to end your cruise at a different location, please inform the Skipper immediately upon boarding. In such cases, the total duration of your cruise will be shortened by the time required for the boat to return to its home marina from your drop-off point.
5. FOOD & BEVERAGES
- Outside Food & Drink: Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or beverages on board.
- Onboard Bar: A wide selection of additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available on board. Please check current drink stock when booking.
- Free Drinks Terms: The “Free Drinks” offer refers to a total quantity per cruise, not per individual passenger. The total number of free drinks provided is determined by the duration of your cruise.
- Food on Board: It is possible to pre-order a charcuterie board for 2 persons at extra cost. Ingredients: premium naturally air-dried domestic Njeguški prosciutto, a selection of the finest cheeses (Livanjski, goat cheese, etc.), cherry tomatoes, olives, and crackers.
- Riverside Restaurants: We can organize lunch or dinner at some of the best Belgrade floating restaurants (splavovi). Meals can be booked in advance or decided spontaneously during the cruise. Note: Time spent in the restaurant counts toward total chartered cruise duration if the boat waits for you to continue the tour.
6. CAR TRANSFERS
- Complimentary Pickup: One-way high-class car transfer from your accommodation to the departure point is included for up to 4 passengers within the Belgrade Urban GREEN Zone.
- Eligibility: Free car transfer refers only to cruises of 3 hours or longer.
- Additional Transfers: For all other transfers not included in the free service (transfers outside the free zone, return trips, and for 1 or 2 hours cruises), it is possible to arrange transportation at an additional cost.
7. NIGHT OUT SPECIAL NOTE
The availability of the “Night Out” service depends on the current operational status and availability of the river clubs. Customers are strictly required to verify availability with us directly before making a booking for this service.
